I find I am gaining wieght in the adominal and I am also not detoxing as fast. I also feel my mesmerization is off. Not as charming.Skin is not as nice . But it was nesscessary to heal my foot which had a few cm cuts in them. So...they are healed now and this is the diet plan for the week.Pretty basic but it's for 2 or more for dinner at $119 with $10 cab.
